Quality Assurance

Sand Resources has been certificated to ISO 9001 since 22nd October 2004 and our current certification to ISO 9001:2008 runs until 22nd October 2013. We were awarded our certificate by SGS UK ltd and the assessment of every element of our operation was completed through random sampling. Certificate number: GB04/63103.

We recently completely re-wrote our QMS to ensure our business processes are relevant, effecient and effective. See our article from the recent Apsco newsletter.

Look for the crown

There are many routes to achieving ISO status and certification by a professional body such as SGS, who are accredited by UKAS, should be a key selection criteria, as there are many “off-the-shelf” products that just tick boxes and then award ISO status.
